New cinematic virtual instrument by Sample Logic

Powered by Native Instruments’ Kontakt Player platform, Sample Logic’s new CinemorphX is built on the framework of Cinematic Guitars Infinity. All of the sample material from Sample Logic’s legacy Ambience/Impacts/Rhythms (AIR), The Elements, and Synergy virtual instruments are integrated into a single Kontakt library with all-new sound design, presets, and effects functionality.

Weighing in with over 6,000 presets and at 30 GB, CinemorphX is professionally programmed from scratch for inspiration and possibilities without weighing down on creative minds - musical or otherwise. Equipped with modern and proprietary effects and animation capabilities, CinemorphX is a tool for creating sounds on the fly. Sample Logic has partnered with Mac Pro Video to provide free video walkthroughs of all the functionality CinemorphX has to offer. Owners can go through function by function at their own pace.

The biggest advancement of the CinemorphX interface for Kontakt is the inclusion of hot-swappable effects. A Sample Logic-first, CinemorphX allows the Soundcore FX and Master FX chain to be built and reordered in realtime from a selection of over 20 studio-quality effects including Comp. (compressor), EQ, Saturator, Phaser, Delay, Reverb, and more besides.

The FX chain tool allows users to simultaneously morph up to eight ‘soundsources’ running through four Soundcores. At the heart of this is Sample Logic’s proprietary 3D Mixer, which allows for morphing between the four Soundcores. Sample Logic has equipped over a dozen parameters within the CinemorphX interface for randomisation, allowing users to tap into numerous of starting point combinations with creative effects. Also, CinemorphX includes the Step Animator and the Morph Animator.
