Rocketchris and Virtual&Live invest in Follow-Me Track-iT
LMP Lichttechnik, the German distribution partner for Follow-Me, has been working to support the sales of the new scalable Follow-Me Track-iT system, which is now available in Germany. Design and production companies Rocketchris (based in Essen) and Virtual&Live (from the Munich region) recently invested in the new system. Both companies use Follow-Me 3D as their standard follow-spot system.
Christian Glatthor, owner of Rocketchris, has been using Follow-Me since the beginning of Follow-Me 3D and the LMP partnership with Follow-Me. Well known to the Follow-Me team, Glatthor’s knowledge has often been used for testing of beta features and also strength testing for Follow-Me Track-iT for outdoor production use.
Glatthor is busy on a regular basis as designer using Follow-Me and also as FM Tech and operator on a number of TV shows and concerts. Recently, Follow-Me 3D Six systems were used by Rocketchris working for productions such as Rea Garvey, Apache 207 and the Eurovision Junior Song Contest 2022 in Yerevan, Armenia.
Niklas Schmitt, owner of Virtual&Live, jumped in with Follow-Me a year ago, using the follow-spot solution on his technically creative productions. Schmitt began his journey with Follow-Me on a production of Alice in Wonderland, then Klassik on Odeonsplatz in Munich, Andrea Berg and using it on a corporate event for Lufthansa.
He has continued with his Follow-Me 3D Six system for the DJ BoBo tour in Germany. Later this summer, Schmitt intends to add his Track-iT system to the Follow-Me 3D Six system for the continuing DJ BoBo tour. Both Glatthor and Schmitt visited FM HQ for a full training in the new demo area.
