Triton acquires security and communications technology product business from Bosch

Triton has signed an agreement to acquire the Bosch security and communications technology product business. Bosch security and communications technology is a global provider of security and professional communication solutions, offering intelligent product solutions in the areas of video surveillance, access control and intrusion as well as professional communication from RTS Intercom Systems.

Triton intends to help Bosch security and communications technology continue its growth trajectory and drive innovations as a standalone company. They will apply to experience from nearly forty carve-outs from blue-chip companies such as Bosch, Siemens, and Volkswagen, as well as a great deal of experience in the physical security space.
